1. मिट्टी
उपजाऊ एवं अच्छी जल निकासी वाली भूमि बोआई के लिए उपयुक्त होती है।
2. बीज की मात्रा
धन कुबेर, चार्ली एवं माधुरी – 6 कि.ग्रा. प्रति एकड़ की दर से बोएं।
3. खाद की मात्रा
प्रति एकड़:
देसी खाद – 5 से 6 टन
यूरिया – 50 से 60 किलोग्राम
फास्फोरस – 16 से 25 किलोग्राम
पोटाश – 20 किलोग्राम
4. निंदाई (खरपतवार नियंत्रण)
वार्षिक व कठिन घास (जैसे तुंगा) के नियंत्रण के लिए बोआई के 5 दिन बाद
बूटाक्लोर 1.5 से 2 मि.ली. प्रति लीटर पानी
पेंडिमेथालिन 500 मि.ली. प्रति एकड़

फसल सुरक्षा
(1) चूसक कीट एवं फूल फटने की बीमारी नियंत्रण:

थियामेथोक्साम– 30 ग्राम प्रति टंकी की दर से छिड़काव करें।
(2) झुलसा रोग नियंत्रण:
ट्राइसाइक्लाजोल 75% – 20 ग्राम प्रति टंकी की दर से छिड़काव करें।
नोट: स्थानीय जलवायु, मौसम एवं प्राकृतिक परिवर्तनों के कारण उपज में परिवर्तन संभव है।
Sowing Guidelines for Higher Yield
1. Soil
Fertile land with good drainage is most suitable for sowing.
2. Seed Quantity
Use 6 kg per acre for Dhan Kuber, Chali, and Madhuri varieties.
3. Fertilizer Dosage (per acre)
Organic manure: 5–6 tons
Urea: 50–60 kg
Phosphorus: 16–25 kg
Potash: 20 kg
4. Weeding (Weed Control)
For control of annual and tough weeds (like Tunga):
After 5 days of sowing, spray Butachlor (1.5 to 2 ml per liter of water)
Use Pendimethalin at the rate of 500 ml per acre mixed in water
Perform hand weeding 45 days after transplanting if weeds persist.
5. Water Management
Maintain water level at 1–2 cm until tillering stage.
Increase water level to 2–3 cm during grain formation.
Crop Protection
(1) Control of sucking pests and panicle blast disease:
Spray Imidacloprid (10 ml) and Thiamethoxam (30 g per tank) as per tank capacity.
(2) Control of blight disease:
Spray Tricyclazole 75% at 20 g per tank as per recommended dosage.
